Business Affairs Employee Engagement Survey Data Comparison 2017 vs. 2014

The following comparison shows that Business Affairs greatest improvements from 2014 to 2017 are in the areas of:

Employee Engagement (20 point increase), Pay (18 point increase)
and Internal Communication (16 point increase)

Based on scores, Business Affairs 2017 top three areas of greatest strength identified are:

Workplace (Score 410) – The workplace construct captures employees’ perceptions of the total work atmosphere, the degree to which they consider it safe, and the overall feel. Higher scores suggest that employees see the setting as satisfactory, safe and that adequate tools and resources are available.
Information Systems –
(Score 398)		 The information systems construct captures employees’ perceptions of whether computer and communication systems provide accessible, accurate, and clear information. The higher the score, the more likely it is that employees view the availability and utility of information very positively.
Supervision (Score 397) – The supervision construct captures employees’ perceptions of the nature of supervisory relationships within the organization. Higher scores suggest that employees view their supervisors as fair, helpful and critical to the flow of work.
